TMS300RDR

Digital Mobile Imaging System

Ergonomic Design, Maneuverability and Ease of Use

The TMS 300 RDR is a mobile x-ray unit which suits a wide range of clinical applications. Its compactness and manoeuvrability makes the unit movement smooth and precise through doors , wards and elevators even in the hospital’s small rooms.  The ergonomic design allows the operator to have an excellent visibility during the transportation. The monobloc’s arm, which is perfectly balanced, allows a free movement and easy positioning even in the most critical conditions. The basement shape allows the easy positioning under the patient bed. TMS 300 RDR has a digital image acquisition system in radiographic mode, that uses a solid detector of big dimensions, commonly named flat panel detectors (FPD).

Image Post-processing and Storage

The acquired images are saved in the memory of the system, displayed on a high resolution monitor and eventually sent to a diagnostic work station or to a general archive through DICOM connection.
The unit provides the specialization of the parameters of acquisition, process and image display according to both the selected anatomic part and the patient size . this allows a correct and immediate acquisition and display of the images, avoiding subsequent improvement operations. Also sophisticated post-processing operations are available in order to improve images and facilitate their management, such as : dedicated LUT for every examination, spatial filters, harmonization, V/H image inversion, 90 image rotation, electronic rectangular and circular collimators, grey scale inversion, multi-image display, image increase with scale factor variable from 1 to 3, brightness and contrast variation, grid display, distance calculation, angles calculation, text overwriting on the image.

Image Archiving

TMS 300 RDR is fitted with three systems for images printing and archiving:

1.Direct print through protocol 3M-M959: it allows to print images on laser (single or in overview) located on the monitor. All principal laser printers are compatible with the system.

2.Archive on CD with DICOM format (optional): this function is immediately available both from the patient list and from the examination.

3.DICOM Network connection (optional): it allows to archive (store) on workstation and print. The “store” function archives the single image displayed on the monitor or even all the study. The “print “ function allows to print the x-ray film, which has been created  by the option film editor.
